Traditional Non-Standard Physicians
Must be currently licensed in the state in which they are practicing
Not undergoing current criminal investigation or under indictment
No convictions for pedophilia
No hospital employed physicians
No practitioners of alternative medicine
No physicians contracted by, or staffing a nursing home
Preferred Non-Standard Physicians
A current, temporary or permanent medical license issued in the state in which they are practicing and for which they are requesting coverage.
U.S. or foreign medical school graduates who have completed a residency program in the U.S. and have obtained certification from the Education Council for Medical School Graduates.
Certified in their specialty by one of the specialty boards of the American Board of Medical
Specialties (ABMS).
No history of drug addiction, alcoholism, and mental or chronic physical illnesses.
No history of revocations / suspensions of medical or DEA licenses.
No history of revocations / suspensions of hospital privileges (or has successfully completed any probationary period and received no additional such actions within the past thirty-six (36) months). In the latter case, premium is subject to surcharge.
Must have admitting privileges in a hospital.
No hospital employees.
No coverage for Telemedicine in states other than the practice state.
No history of criminal indictments or convictions.

Professional liability form.
We can provide ERP, additional insureds and limited prior acts with the traditional non-standard physicians. The preferred non-standard physicians can also include endorsements dealing with defense outside the limits, defense outside the deductible and consent to settle.
Exclusions
Exclusions vary depending on carrier, class of business and quality of the risk.
Limits
The standard primary limit for Physicians is $1M / $3M, with lower limits applying in some states. Excess products can provide an additional $4M / $4M and beyond.
